Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026 · Last updated October 14, 2026
Reality Remixer is a product of Palm Beach Gardens AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("PBGAI," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between PBGAI and the business you represent ("you," "Customer"). They cover your use of realityremixer.com, the Reality Remixer / Jelly Bean Stages application, the API, and the images it generates (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, buying credits, starting a subscription, making an API key, calling the API, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who the Service is for
1.1 Business use only. The Service is for businesses: car dealerships, dealer marketing teams, and advertising agencies. It is not for personal, family, or household use.
1.2 Authority. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to accept these Terms for the business you represent.
1.3 Location. The Service is offered to customers in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you are responsible for following local law.
2. Your account
2.1 You must give a working business email address and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
2.2 Tell us promptly at admin@realityremixer.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
2.3 One free account per business. Creating extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed. We may merge, limit, or close duplicate accounts.
3. What the Service does
3.1 The Service generates AI-created, photorealistic empty background scenes for vehicle advertising ("Stages"). You place your own vehicle, offer, logo, and copy on top using your own tools.
3.2 To build a Stage, the Service may look up the dealer website you enter and use details you provide (such as dealer name, brand, city, season, and theme). You confirm you are allowed to have us use that information for this purpose.
3.3 AI output varies. Stages are generated by artificial intelligence. Results can differ each time. They may contain inaccuracies (for example, in skylines, landmarks, weather, lighting, or signage) and may look similar to images generated for other customers.
3.4 No OEM, co-op, or legal compliance check. The Service does not check your advertising against manufacturer (OEM) brand guidelines, co-op advertising programs, platform ad policies, or advertising laws. Any brand or compliance information the Service shows is for reference only. You are responsible for getting any manufacturer or co-op pre-approval your ads require.
3.5 We may change, add, or remove features, AI providers, and output formats. If a change materially reduces what your credits or your Agency plan buy, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel Agency before it takes effect.
4. Credits, billing, and renewal
4.1 Prices. The prices and credit costs shown on our Pricing page at the time you buy apply. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
4.2 Free credits. Each new account starts with a small number of free credits, one time only. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
4.3 Pay as you go. You can buy credits in one-time top-ups. A top-up is a single charge and does not renew. Agency is a monthly subscription that renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Each paid Agency month adds credits to your balance.
4.4 Credits. Drafts, revisions, re-rolls, full-resolution finals, other sizes, re-seasons, and campaign packs each use the number of credits shown on our Pricing page when you start them. Credits are reserved when a job starts. If a job never starts, its credits are returned. If a size, re-season, final, or campaign-pack slot never lands, its credits are returned. A draft, revision, or re-roll that starts and then errors still uses its credits. Credits do not expire while your account is open, have no cash value outside the Service, and cannot be transferred or sold.
4.5 Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each top-up you buy and for each Agency billing period.
4.6 Cancellation. Top-ups have nothing to cancel. You can cancel Agency anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Agency stays active until the end of the current billing period; you keep your credits, and your account moves to pay as you go. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4.7 Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4.8 Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase applies to your Agency subscription. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect. A change to top-up prices applies only to new purchases.
4.9 Failed payments. If an Agency payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Agency features until it succeeds.
4.10 Taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
5. Your content and our output
5.1 Your inputs. "Inputs" means what you give the Service: dealer URLs, names, brand choices, locations, themes, and other instructions. You keep whatever rights you have in your Inputs. You give us permission to use Inputs to provide, secure, and support the Service.
5.2 Output. "Output" means the Stages the Service generates for your account. As between you and us, and to the extent we have any rights in Output, we assign those rights to you, subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees.
5.3 Commercial use. You may use Output in advertising and marketing for your business or your clients under our Commercial-Use License.
5.4 No exclusivity and no copyright promise. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and similar Output may be generated for other customers. We do not promise that Output is unique, exclusive, or protectable by copyright.
5.5 Rights in real places and third-party marks. Output may show real cities, skylines, buildings, and landmarks. We do not promise that Output is free of third-party trademarks, logos, or other protected elements. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish it.
5.6 AI disclosure. You will not claim that Output was created entirely by a human. Where a platform or law requires AI-generated content to be labeled, you are responsible for labeling it.
5.7 Your final ads are yours. You are solely responsible for the advertisements you create with Output, including vehicle images, offers, pricing, disclosures, and compliance with manufacturer, co-op, platform, and legal requirements.
5.8 Using your content to run the Service. We store your Inputs and Output to run your account (for example, your render history and downloads). We do not use your Inputs or Output to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not let anyone else:
- use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;
- create advertising that is false or misleading, or that suggests a manufacturer, dealer, or other brand endorses you when it does not;
- create content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- enter information you don't have the right to use, or personal information about other people that isn't needed to create a Stage;
- use Output, or the Service, to build, train, or improve any AI model, or a product that competes with the Service;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or get around the Service's limits, security, or rate limits, or access it by automated means we haven't approved (a key under section 16 is the approved way to call the API);
- resell, sublicense, or share account access, except that Agency customers may create Stages for their own clients;
- misrepresent Output as created entirely by a human.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may remove Output or links that do.
7. Agency CDN links
7.1 Agency plans can publish Output as a public image link hosted by us. Anyone who has the link can view the image.
7.2 Links stay live while your Agency plan is active. After your plan ends, or after your account is deleted, links may stop working. Keep your own copies of any image used in a live ad.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the Service for maintenance or to respond to security issues or problems with our providers.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PBGAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, UNIQUE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY MANUFACTURER, CO-OP, PLATFORM, OR LEGAL REQUIREMENT, OR THAT IT DOES NOT INFRINGE THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PBGAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, CO-OP REIMBURSEMENTS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
11.2 PBGAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PBGAI, its members, and its service providers against any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your advertisements or other use of Output, (b) your Inputs, or (c) your breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
13.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, don't pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service entirely for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the credits you paid for and have not used, at the price you paid for them.
13.3 Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14.2 Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties consent to those courts.
14.3 Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing the other and waiting 30 days.
15. General
15.1 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will email you or show a notice in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply.
15.2 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and PBGAI about the Service.
15.3 Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.4 No waiver; severability. If we don't enforce a provision, we haven't waived it. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
15.5 Notices. We send notices to your account email. You send notices to admin@realityremixer.com.
16. API keys and agents
16.1 The API is the Service. Making an API key, or calling the API with one, is use of the Service. You agree to these Terms when you do either, the same as when you use the website.
16.2 You are responsible for what your agent orders. An agent, script, or other tool that uses a key on your account does not have its own account. You are responsible for everything it does: the credits it spends, the Inputs it sends, the Output it receives, and the advertisements you make from that Output.
16.3 Keys are yours to keep safe. A key is shown once. We do not keep the key. We keep only a hash of it, so we can recognize it and cannot show it to you again. You are responsible for anyone who has the key. Do not put a key in a web address, a public file, or a shared chat. If you lose a key, or think someone else has it, revoke it on Account and make another. You can have five live keys at a time.
16.4 We may revoke a key for abuse. We may revoke any key, or suspend API access, if the key is used to break these Terms, to abuse the Service, or in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or for others. Revoking a key stops it at once. Section 13.2 still applies to the account.
16.5 The brand-rules acceptance covers every order. The brand-rules tick you make when you create a key covers every order that key places, including orders an agent places. Reality Remixer does not check OEM or co-op rules. You review your manufacturer's guidelines and submit ads for pre-approval as usual.
16.6 Credits spent through a key. Credits spent through a key, including by someone who had your key before you revoked it, are treated like credits spent on the website. The Refund Policy applies. The daily cap on each key is your control over how much it can spend.
