Questions dealers ask
How stages work, what you get, licensing, billing, and data — without the sales fluff.
- What is a stage?
- A stage is a photorealistic, empty dealership display background, set in a real city with the right season and light. It's built for vehicle ads. You drop your own car and offer on top.
- Does it include the car?
- No. Every stage is empty on purpose, so you can place your own vehicle photo in your usual design tool.
- How does it know my market?
- Enter your dealer website. Reality Remixer identifies the dealer, brand, and city, then builds the stage around that place, the season, and the brand's look. You can adjust city, season, sky, surface, and camera facing before you generate.
- What formats do I get?
- You make 16:9 drafts, then turn the one you like into a 2k final, any other size (21:9, 3:2, 9:16), another season, or a campaign pack with all four sizes. Every size keeps the same scene.
- How long does a stage take?
- Usually about a minute.
- Can I try it free?
- Yes. Every new account gets its first stage free: one draft, no card required.
- Can I revise a stage?
- Yes. A revision or a fresh re-roll is another draft and uses 1 credit.
- Can I use stages in paid ads and for clients?
- Yes. Everything you make includes a commercial-use license. Agencies can use stages in client work.
- Is the image exclusive to me?
- No. Stages are AI-generated, so another customer could get something similar, and AI images may not be protected by copyright. Your finished ad, with your car, offer, and layout, is yours.
- Does it check OEM brand or co-op rules?
- No. Reality Remixer doesn't check ads against manufacturer brand guidelines or co-op programs. Submit ads for pre-approval as you normally would.
- Are the images AI-generated?
- Yes. Label them where an ad platform or law requires it.
- How do I cancel?
- Top-ups are one-time, so there is nothing to cancel. Agency: Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan. It stays active to the end of the paid period and you keep your credits. Refund & cancellation policy
- What data do you keep?
- Your email, a hashed password, your plan, credit balance and purchases, Stripe billing IDs, and your render history and images. The public site uses Google Analytics. Sign-in and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA. We do not use advertising pixels. Privacy policy
- How do I delete my account?
- Email admin@realityremixer.com from your account email. We complete deletions within 30 days.
