Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Palm Beach Gardens AI LLC ("PBGAI," "we," "us"), the company behind Reality Remixer, collects, uses, and shares information when you use realityremixer.com and the Reality Remixer application (the "Service").

The Service is built for businesses. We collect as little personal information as we need to run it.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address and password. We store the password only as a secure hash, never in readable form.

Billing information. Your plan, credit balance and credit purchases, billing period, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

What you enter to create Stages. Dealer website URLs, dealer names, brands, cities, seasons, themes, and similar choices. The Service may visit the dealer website you enter to identify the dealer, brand, and location.

What the Service creates. The images we generate for you, your render history, and the settings and instructions used to make them.

Usage and technical information. Usage counts (for example, how many Stages you have used this period), account security events, and standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and time of request. We use these to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Email records. Records of account emails we send you (such as verification, password reset, and download links).

Support messages. Anything you send us at admin@realityremixer.com.

Cookies and tracking

We use these cookies and similar technologies:

Session cookie (`rr_session`). A secure, httpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the Service to work.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics on the public site to understand how pages are used (for example, page views). Google sets first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising remarketing, and we do not sell your information.

Google reCAPTCHA. Sign-up, sign-in, password reset, and the contact form use reCAPTCHA v3 to stop abuse. Google may set cookies or collect device data for that security check.

We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

Do Not Track: we do not currently change our behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the Service will still work.

How we use information

• To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
• To generate, store, and deliver your Stages.
• To process payments, keep your credit balance, and manage an Agency subscription.
• To send you service emails: verification, password resets, receipts, download links, policy changes, and important account notices.
• To answer support requests.
• To prevent abuse, such as duplicate free accounts and fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• To understand how the public site is used (Google Analytics).

We do not use your information or your images to train AI models.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also share information:

• if the law requires it, or to respond to valid legal requests;
• to protect the rights, safety, or security of our customers, the public, or PBGAI;
• as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information.

Public image links (Agency plan)

If you create a public image link, anyone with the link can view that image. Only create links for images you intend to publish.

How long we keep information

• Account, render history, and images: while your account is open.
• After you delete your account: we permanently delete your account, render history, and images within 30 days. Copies in our backups are removed as backups roll over, within a further 30 days.
• Billing records: we keep invoice and payment records (without your render history) for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Stripe keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
• Server logs: kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• See your email address and plan in your account. To correct an email address, email admin@realityremixer.com from that account.
• Cancel an Agency subscription anytime from Account → Manage billing.
• Download your images from your account.
• Delete your account by emailing admin@realityremixer.com from your account email address. Self-serve deletion in your account settings is coming. We confirm deletion requests within 10 business days and complete them within 30 days.
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing admin@realityremixer.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them as the law requires.

Security

We protect information with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed session cookies, and restricted server access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where information is processed

We and our providers process information in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will email you or show a notice in the Service before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
