Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Reality Remixer is a product of Palm Beach Gardens AI LLC.

Two ways to pay

• Pay as you go: buy credits in one-time top-ups ($5, $10, $15 or $20). A top-up is a single charge. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
• Agency: a monthly subscription that renews automatically. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel, and each paid month adds credits to your balance. Your renewal date is shown in Account → Manage billing.

How to cancel Agency

1. Sign in and go to Account.
2. Click Manage billing.
3. Choose Cancel plan and confirm.

That's it. You don't need to email or call us.

If you can't sign in, email admin@realityremixer.com from your account email and we'll cancel for you within one business day.

What happens when you cancel Agency

• Agency stays active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again.
• You keep your credits, including any Agency credits you haven't used, and your account moves to pay as you go.
• Your images and render history stay in your account unless you delete it.
• Agency public image links may stop working after the paid period ends. Download any image you are using in a live ad.

Refunds

• Top-ups: if you haven't used any credits since buying a top-up, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. The credits from that top-up are removed from your balance.
• First Agency charge: if you haven't used any of that month's credits, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
• Agency renewals and used credits: not refunded, and we don't give partial refunds for unused days or unused credits. Cancel Agency before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Free credits (the ones every new account starts with) have no cash value and aren't refundable.
• Failed renders: if a job never starts, the credits it reserved are returned. A size, re-season, 2k final or campaign-pack slot that never lands has its credits returned (2 credits a slot, never more than the pack cost). A draft, revision or re-roll that starts and then errors still uses its credit.
• Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged in error, we'll refund the incorrect charge.
• If we end the Service: we'll refund the credits you paid for and haven't used, at the price you paid for them.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

When Stripe refunds a top-up or an Agency charge, the credits that charge added come off the balance on their own. Credits you already spent stay spent. The balance never goes below zero, and the same refund does not remove them twice.

Credits

• Credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value outside the Service. They can't be transferred to another account or sold.
• What each thing costs in credits is shown on our Pricing page.

Starting and ending Agency

• Starting Agency takes effect right away. It is charged in full at the start of each billing period.
• Ending Agency takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Agency billing is handled in Stripe's customer portal. Those settings must match this policy.

Price changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before any price increase applies to your Agency subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect. A change to top-up prices applies only to new purchases.

Disputes

If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first at admin@realityremixer.com. Most problems are faster to fix directly than through a card dispute.
