Credits don't expire. Agency adds 235 each paid month.

Billing

Can I cancel anytime?: Top-ups are one-time, so there is nothing to cancel. Agency: Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan. It stays active to the end of the period you've paid for. You keep your credits.
Do you offer refunds?: Refunds follow our refund policy. Full policy
What happens if I run out of credits?: Top up from Account in a few clicks, from $5. If you make a lot, Agency adds 235 credits every month.
Do I need a subscription?: No. Pay as you go works on its own. Agency is optional, for teams that make a lot.
Who is the seller?: Reality Remixer is a product of Palm Beach Gardens AI LLC. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Can I use the images in paid ads?: Yes. Every plan includes a commercial-use license.
